Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru was at one time a husband.Her ex-husband,Mr.Tony divorced Waiguru due to irreconcilable differences.
Tony, who is married Waiguru more than two decades ago, was a pastor and a businessman. But he later quit the marriage and went underground after Waiguru became a VIP in Kenya.
Mr Tony has never been seen in public but Waiguru’s sons resemble him.
At one time it was reported than the former Devolution CS was dating Uhuru, which was a lie.
