Former English Premier League Champions, Manchester United, have signed Paul Pogba for a staggering figure estimated at £100m
Initially, United had made an offer of £85m for the French international, but Juventus declined to take the money, prompting United to increase the figure to £100m
Pogba is Jose Mourinho’s top target in his first transfer window at United, and the club’s executive vice chairman Ed Woodward has worked hard to land the 23-year-old.
The player will earn £210,000-a-week at united, which is slightly less than what Wine Rooney earns every week.
Spanish giants, Real Madrid had an interest on the player but gave up after Pogba’s club quoted unrealistic figure.
Pogba left United as a free agent in 2012 due to his frustration about his lack of first team opportunities under Sir Alex Ferguson. He has since established himself as the best midfielder while playing for the Italian giants, Juventus.
The player is expected to be unveiled at old Trafford before the start of the season
