HIV status is a private matter but there are Kenyan celebrities who have revealed their status, willingly. Some of the celebrities are HIV positive while others are negative. Here is the list

After rumours went viral that Prezzo is HIV positive, the rapper visited a VCT centre..and the result showed he is HIV negative.
