A well-known kKisii man who schooled at S.t Andrew Kaggwa Boys and later Kisii School is a street boy in Nairobi.

The man was academically gifted but due to family problems, he dropped out of school. The bright boy ended in the streets of Nairobi after finding it hard to cope with life in Nairobi-He is now a chokoraa.

The shabby looking man is normally spotted at Kencom, walking aimlessly as he asks for coins from Good Samaritan.

One well-wisher highlighted his case and calls for support:

“So this young man was my classmate and a desk mate back in primary(St. Andrew Kaggwa Boys Boarding), now he’s a street boy in the city. If you are keen enough you may have seen him somewhere in Kencom. He was a bright fella who got admitted to Kisii High School but then dropped out in form two due to family problems. He moved to Nairobi to make ends meet but worse got to worst when he was arrested by city cops for being a members of a gang. Spent afew years behind bars and after release became a guest of the streets. Heavens will not forgive me if i don’t do a good deed and get my friend out of the streets. No act of kindness is a waste. The good book tells us, ‘I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ Mathew 25:43.#IStandWithDavisNyakoe”

If you know his relatives, you can tell them one of their numbers is suffering in Nairobi.
