CORD leader Raila Odinga has left for South Africa to visit his ailing daughter, Rosemary Odinga.
In a Facebook post,Raila confirmed he will also tour USA after comforting his daughter:
“DEPARTURE FOR SOUTH AFRICA AND USA:
I have left the country for South Africa to visit my eldest daughter Rosemary who is hospitalized there.
I left the country shortly after 7 am today, March 10, 2017 on a Kenya Airways flight to Johannesburg.
I will be out of the country for slightly over a week. Over the weekend, I will travel to the USA from South Africa for a number of engagements.
Keep well and see you all soon!”
The ODM leader’s tour comes a day after he was discharged from The Karen Hospital for food poisoning.
