IEBC Director of ICT Chris Msando has been found dead.
Chris’s body was found in City Mortuary today morning.
The director went missing on Friday this week, few days to elections. Following his disappearance, the deceased was suspected to be with a woman in Roysambu where his car was parked. Moses Kuria was pictured touching the car.
Today morning, one day after IEBC indicated Msando was missing, the Director’s lifeless body was found in City mortuary.
It is not clear who killed him but sources say he was in possession of sensitive information that no one had access to.
