We would like to report that a lady by the name Martha Nyaguthi is currently in hospital in Saudi Arabia.Martha is a Kenyan who went to work in the Middle East.Her employer brought her to Sanad Hospital,Saudi Arabia and left her under treatment.The lady is not talking.
