Following the Mshwari outage from December 24, 2017 to December 25, 2017, Commercial Bank of Africa has issued a statement to explain what transpired.
The statement reads in parts:
We wish to advise that all M-Shwari services have now been fully restored following an outage which led to customers being unable to access services from 10 pm on Sunday 24th December,2017.We have since restored the technical issues and the M-Shwari customers are now able to transact normally”.
The company has apologized for the inconveniences it caused to its customers.
“We deeply regret the inconvenience to our customers during this festive season, and sincerely apologize for the disruption of service”, the statement concluded.
