Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo will be appointed Cabinet Secretary in the imminent cabinet reshuffle
The Kiambu Governor has been lobbying to be appointed into the government after experiencing cold for almost one year. We are informed he might be appointed to the Agriculture Ministry.
Kabogo met Deputy President Ruto today morning in a bid to assure him support on condition that heโs given a ministry to manage.
The former governor has been at logger heads with Ruto.In 2012, he publicly declared that Mount Kenya wonโt support the DP, something that made him lose in Jubilee primaries to Ferdinand Waititu.It seems he realized his political start was fading unless he joins Rutoโs camp.
