Shyne Daizy Kendy ,a 26-year old widow who allegedly lost her husband on the 6th of this month through in a grisly road accident in Lodwar, Turkana County is now entangled in a court battle with her in-laws to bury her deceased husband.
They have secured a court injunction to bar her from accessing his body from the morgue before the issues before court are resolved.
David Mogikoyo and Shyne Daizy Kendy got married a couple years ago and have been blessed with two kids, the youngest being three months old.
David Mogikoyo was working in Turkana County and earning a decent salary. She had invested in real estate and also built his matrimonial home. Unfortunately, death took him, leaving a young family in a fierce fight for the property he has left behind.
Shyne Daizy Kendy is not allowed to touch anything her husband left behind.
