Confirmed reports indicate that Ken Walibora has died.
Ken died on Friday through a tragic road accident along Landhies Road. His body was taken to Kenyatta National Hospital.
The write is known for his Siku Njema set book which was read widely by Primary and Secondary students. The book was one of the chosen few by the Ministry of Education as a set book. He has also published three other books: Narrating Prison Experience: Human Rights, Self, Society, and Political Incarceration in Africa, Kidagaa Kimemwozea and Innocence Long Lost
Ken previously worked for NTV before flying out of the country to pursue personal interests. The scholar was born in 1964.
His body is in Kenyatta National Hospital and doctors are waiting for his mother to identify him before a post mortem is done.
