A total of 34 counties are likely to pass BBI, most of them being from Mount Kenya and Nyanza regions. Those from Rift Valley and Northern Kenya will reject the document. Baringo County became the first county to reject BBI while two Nyanza Counties have already passed the document.
If BBI is passed by at least 24 counties, there will be a national referendum.
