Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has blamed opposition for the death of Albert Ojwang. The senator says that it’s possible,opposition killed Ojwang in order to make the government look bad. Below is her statement on social media:

We want to know, who arrested omondi and who was the complainant? Why was he alone in a police cell? Do we have surveillance cameras in the cells? We have seen shameless self abductions to set the people against their government and it is not lost on us what this desperate bitter opposision is capable of just to make the government look bad. But aki ya Mungu every blood you shed you shall pay for it in your life time
