Lydia Wanjiru has shocked Kenyans after undergoing surgery to increase her behind and reduce tummy. The content creator had a fat tummy which left her with discomfort. Her behind was also flat. To please men, she had to undergo surgery.
Today she has posted photos of her new shape after spending more than Ksh200,000 on the surgery. Kenyans are shocked and at the same time sympathising with her.
