Is Quant Vest Stock Exchange legit?

341

No. It’s a scam. Here is the explanation:

I have come across this platform going rounds as a money making scheme and got curious kidogo nikafanya some digging. They are calling themselves Quant Vest Stock Exchange/Global investmentgroup. Over 7,000 Kenyans have subscribed.

Ati they are a registered U.S corporation and cryptocurrency/digital asset exchange legally incorporated in Colorado. They claim to hold an MSB certification and operate in the digital asset and securities market.

Ukisoma hiyo statement unawezafkiria ni Goldman Sachs cousin ama Blackrock brother.

Lakini upon looking them up properly… hakuna mahali wanaexist apart from one blog and a paid PR article. The only places with their information ni Scribd, where literally anyone can upload anything na a funny website called the Street Insider where unaweza lipia article yako ipostiwe. Funny enough, kwa hizo article zote hawasemi hata WHAT THEY DO. They just keep repeating, “registered in Colorado”, “institutional compliance”, “risk management”, and “liquidity aggregation.”

Corporate jargon mingi sana but zero substance.

Halafu nikasema wacha niangalie hii MSB licence yao basi and boom! Kumbe the registration number doesn’t even exist 💀

The only thing wako nayo ni hio “Certificate of Good Standing.” Na hio si licence ya trading ama investment services. It just means your company paperwork iko sawa na umelipa filing fees. Unaeza register “Global Quantum AI Wealth Exchange Holdings LLC” hata wewe kesho morning in Colorado for like a few dollars. Doesn’t make you a legitimate financial institution.

Now to the interesting part,

They claim to be a “copy trading platform” but at the same time wanajiita STOCK EXCHANGE. A stock exchange ni vitu kama NSE, NYSE, JSE etc. Huwezi kuwa exchange, broker, copy trading platform, crypto institution na WhatsApp referral scheme at the same time.

Then after going through their scribid article nikaanza kuona how people are recruited.

Users are required to deposit around $500 ndio account ianze “growing.” Then promoters start posting, earn $6 daily, consistent returns, no trading experience needed, and finally, INVITE FRIENDS FOR EXTRA INCOME.

Brothers and sisters… hiyo sentence ya mwisho ndio real business model. Because according to their own system, ukirefer watu then wadeposit unapewa bonuses, unaunlock more “signal trading permissions,” unakuwa “spokesperson,” and the more recruits you bring in, the more earning privileges you get.

That is literally recruitment-based unlocking.

A real trading platform does NOT care how many friends umeleta ndio upate trading privileges. Hiyo ni structure ya network marketing.

Then kuna this mysterious CEO called Mr Marc Hudon with 15 years experience in financial services and held senior positions in banks and fintech companies… okay, but which banks exactly? Which fintechs? Because there’s no LinkedIn trail, no interview mentions, no regulatory footprint, and no verifiable professional history anywhere.

Another funny thing,

They claim they’ve had MSB registration since 2022…

…but their website domain was only registered recently in June 9th 2025. With the domain owners hidden.

So apparently they were a major institutional exchange before their website even existed.

Na funniest part ya yote ni ati headquarters ni New York, but somehow ni wakenya pekee ndio wako obsessed nayo. You won’t find Americans discussing it, no financial media coverage, no institutional partnerships, and no regulatory presence either, just silence where there should normally be visibility if something is genuinely operating at that level.

They are giving $50 referral bonuses if someone deposits $500. $100 for $1000..ivo..ivo… and there is no direct registration link. You have to be referred.

That means new deposits ndio zinafinance the ecosystem.

Classic pyramid mechanics.

Early users watawithdraw kiasi ndio wapost screenshots. Then eventually, withdrawals delayed, maintenance, liquidity issue, verification process, support gone silent, the same familiar sequence where everything looks smooth until people try to cash out, then suddenly the system becomes “temporarily unavailable.”

Then sharp boy admin Onyango Tate aka Marc Hudson vanishes into the metaverse, and reappears from Mombasa with 3 GLEs anaingia tiktok kuwaambia Stay Guided Brokies! alafu afungue website ingine aaite ponzicoin incoporrated in Delaware USA.

Akili mjini, nguvu shemakhokho! But what do I know anyway?

This is just RISACH.
