Professor Fred Ogolla complains that he has four degrees,masters and PhD but he is jobless:
“I am a qualified professor, yet I have no job. I hold four undergraduate degrees, a Master’s degree, and a PhD from prestigious universities in Europe and the United States. Despite all my education, experience, and qualifications, I am still struggling to secure employment, while individuals like Gaucho are being appointed to hospital boards.” — Prof Fred Ogolla
Previously,he worked at Uzima University where he earned less than Ksh100,000 as a professor.
He complains that Kenyans aren’t aggressive enough to start businesses that can employ professors. He also blames the government over lack of job opportunities.
Fredrick is now a full time lecturer at Strathmore Business School (SBS) in the department of Strategy.
