Popular Luo man Mpenzi Chokuu has undergone surgery to change his gender to a woman. The surgery cost him Ksh 400,000. Chokuu,whose real name is Sammy Owiya Otieno changed the name to Sylvia Awino Otieno so that he can look and behave like a woman.
