Uchumi Supermarket CEO Jonathan Ciano has been sacked over a series of poor results.Ciano Joined the giant supermarket when it was on its death bed, but later turned around its results which were short lived though.
The supermarket posted half year loss of Sh262.3 million compared to a net profit of Sh106.9 million recorded in 2014.
Though the supermarket floated its shares in Rwanda stock exchange the results have not been good as compared to other supermarkets like Tuskys and Nakumatt.
It was not a good day for his fellow 3 senior managers as they were shown the door too.
