Martin Muriithi Njeru has taken a bold step which will see DP William Ruto sweat in court over the land on which Weston Hotel is built.
Njeru sued the DP arguing that the land belongs to Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and MUST be returned to the owner immediately.He further demanded that Ruto should resign for being involved in land grabbing.
Mr Muriithi joins former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and entire opposition in putting pressure on the DP to surrender what does not belong to him.
Weston Hotel came into the limelight early this year when the management decided to grab Langata primary,luckily God was with the innocent kids.
