A National Intelligence Service was killed by a mob in Donholm while clearing traffic jam, his colleague escaped with serious injuries.
After noticing that traffic jam was chaotic in Donholm the two officers alighted from their car to help clear it but members of the public mistook them for robbers after realizing that the two were carrying g#ns.
Preliminary investigations indicate that there were some two police officers who were also stuck in the jam; one of them is attached to the Inspector General’s office. These officers helped the mob disarm the two NIS officers; thus leaving them at the mercies of the angry mob.
