Rochelle Pondare is a Philippine who has wrinkles in her hands and the face of an elderly woman.
She has just turned 18 and according to her relatives, she has a condition which makes her look old permanently.
Rochelle was diagnosed with Progeria when she was five years old and since then she has literary not enjoyed her youth.
She is not alone, it’s reported that about 100 children around the world have this condition and they don’t live beyond their early teens
