Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko has said that there is enough evidence linking Pastor James Nganga with the death of Mercy Njeri over careless driving.
Keriko Tobiko said on Sunday that the gaps which could easily de-link the rogue pastor from the case have been closed.
He said that several witnesses have recorded statements and more are willing to testify in court when the case resumes. He added that the Witness Protection Agency (WPA) had been roped into the case to ensure safety of witnesses.
Pastor Nganga caused an accident three weeks ago which resulted to the death of Mercy Njeri.Witnesses claim that he was driving on a wrong side of the road under the influence of alcohol.
