Neno Evangelist Centre Pastor James Nganga has been arrested by the police and taken to Criminal Investigations Department for grilling.
The pastor was arrested moments after he attempted to block his arrest at the High Court Nairobi.
On Tuesday, Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko ordered for Prosecution of the pastor for careless driving and murder.
