Kenyan Athlete David Rudisha on Tuesday won gold in 800m final at the World Athletics Championship in Beijing.
The celebrated champion won in 1min 45.84 sec ahead of Poland’s Adam Kszczot and Amel Tuka of Bosnia who claimed Silver and Bronze medals respectively.
The victory follows that of Vivian Cheruiyot and Ezekiel Kemboi who claimed victory in 10,000m and 3000 meters steeplechase respectively.
Kenya now leads the medal standing with four gold medals, three slivers and two bronze medals ahead of Jamaica who have a total of three medals.
