Devolution Cabinet Secretary Ann Waiguru named government officials implicated in corruption at the National Youth Service (NYS).
Investigations conducted by the Director of Criminal Investigations indicated that the ministry, through NYS, lost a whooping Sh791 million in a scandal involving six companies.
The Minister said there is evidence illegal transactions occurred at the ministry involving NYS and suppliers of road construction and building materials.
After thorough investigation, the DCI forwarded names of 21 individuals suspected of being behind the saga.
