Two goals from Anthony Martial and a third one from Juan Mata propelled Manchester United to position two in the Barclays Premier League table on Sunday.
Graziano Pelle put Southampton ahead in the 13th minute, but Manchester United equalized minutes later through Anthony Martial, who slotted in Juan Mata’s loose ball inside the penalty area.
Martial scored his second goal in the 50th minute while Juan mata added a third one for United. Southampton’s second goal came through Pelle in the 85th minute.
Anthony Martial joined Manchester United from Monaco at a £36m fee. His three goals in two premier league matches have proved Luous Van Gaal’s critics wrong on the youngster’s huge transfer fees.
