The flashy Nairobi youth, however, did not allow media and the public to get near their highly publicized wedding ceremony. Less than 1200 guests attended the wedding, most of who were family members and close friends.
What was thought to be the wedding of the year turned out to be ‘just another wedding’, with few people lining up on Thika road to have a glance on the fuel guzzlers which were carrying the two love birds.
Unlike in May when he spent Sh 15 million on dowry, the popular Bachelor was economical with his pocket .However, he made sure everyone in the party was comfortable by providing his chairs, tables, food, whisky and everything that was needed at the venue.
At Safari Park where the reception was done, the media was not allowed in; even the staff at the popular hotel was kept at bay during the special moments.
Among those in attendance include Citizen TV’s Kanze Dena, Big Ted and MC Jesse, and other popular local politicians.
