Gor Mahia fans never disappointed on Saturday as they stormed a funeral service at Masogo Secondary School, Kisumu County and disappeared with Bokelo’s body.
Drama started when Gor Mahia’s number one fan, Jaro Soja, was invited to the dais to speak on behalf of Gor Mahia fraternity. Immediately he took to the podium, the entire Gor Mahia family invited themselves to the dais and each demanded to say a word.
The fans took over the ceremony and demanded that the service be terminated because they had a game at 4 pm.When the crowd disagreed with them, the fans went to where Bokello’s casket was resting and carried the body away as they chanted the famous Gor Mahia songs.
The attendees followed the fans and begged them to return the body, which they obeyed.
Gor Mahia were last week declared the Kenya Premier League champions after finishing the 2014-2015 season without a single loss.
