Political Analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has warned Jubilee government against mistreating opposition leader Raila Odinga.
Mutahi,through his Twitter account, claims Raila has a sea of humanity behind him and any attempt to arrest him might result to serious consequences.
“Of Raila, ‘..has tyranny of humans, arresting him could result to serious consequences”,Mutahi Ngunyi.
Ethics and Anti-Corruption commission detectives stormed Raila’s office on Thursday demanding information from the opposition leader. However, Raila declined to give them the information they were seeking for, instead he lectured them by reminding them the consequences of corruption.
For some time, the detectives remained desperate in his office and eventually walked out empty handed.Raila also left his office flanked by James Orengo, Johnson Muthama,TJ Kajwang,Bony Khalwale and his security team.
The government, through EACC, has warned Raila that if he fails to honour summons on Monday,he will be arrested .But Odinga has maintained he won’t be intimidated, he has seen all before.
The former Prime Minister raised questions over the spending of the Eurobond,where he claimed Sh140 billion are unaccounted for.But the government has clarified that all the amount was spent on projects.
