Former Deputy Speaker and Lagdera Member of Parliament, Farah Maalim, is set to contest for Garissa Township seat, a position that is currently held by Parliament Majority Leader Aden Duale.
Duale got a shock of his life on Friday when he met Over 90 fleet of cars waiting for Faarah Maalim’s convoy at Bangale to escort him to Garissa town.He thought the cars were waiting for him only to be notified that it was Farah who was launching his bid for the seat.
Duale didn’t believe his eyes until the crowd started calling him names.
The Jubilee mouth peace alighted from his car to confirm the news from a handful of friends at Garissa Town. We are reliably informed he is admitted at Nairobi Hospital after fainting. He didn’t enjoy his New Year celebrations.
