Transparency International has released latest statistics indicating the most and least corrupt countries in the world.
The list, which was released on Tuesday 27, 2016, reveals that Nigeria, Kenya, Guinea, Bangladesh, Uganda and Congo Republic are among the most corrupt countries.
Denmark, Finland, Sweden and New Zealand were ranked as the least corrupt countries with a score of between 84-90
More shocking is that Kenya, despite having institutions like Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and CID, is ranked among the top 5 most corrupt countries in the world.
Previous statistics indicate that the police, parliament and judiciary are the most corrupt institutions in the country with a score of almost 100.
