Ballot Papers belonging to the Republic of Uganda were seen last week being offloaded from Ethiopian Cargo plane in Rwanda.
The Ballot papers were printed in Cape Town, but packed in Johannesburg. And the representatives of Opposition parties didn’t witness this.
