A 40-year-old Zimbabwean woman, Betty Mbereko is set to wed her 23-year-old son, Farai, in church.
Reports say the woman is already six months pregnant and her son,Farai, has confirmed he is responsible for the pregnancy.
The 40-year-old woman lost Farai’s father 12 years ago and believes her son, Farai, is the right man who could make her happy forever.
Farah also claims he is happy he got someone who loves him unconditionally. He adds that he can’t wait to tie the knot with his lovely mother.
“I know my father died before he finished paying the bride price and I am prepared to pay it off. It is better to publicize what is happening because people should know that I am the one who made my mother pregnant, otherwise they will accuse her of promiscuity”, said Farai during an interview with the media.
Despite public outcry, the two are set to tie the knot next month.
