Former Chelsea Manager Jose Mourinho has signed a long term contract with Manchester United.
Gestifute, the agency company owned by Mourinho’s representative Jorge Mendes, El Pais states that a deal has been struck that could see the former Chelsea boss make £15 million (19 million euro), even if he doesn’t end up taking charge at Old Trafford.
The football tactician is expected to seal the deal before May 1 that could see him unveiled at Old Trafford any time before the end of the season.
Mourinho was sacked by Chelsea in December 2015 after losing nine out of the first 16 games of their Premier League defense.
The good news means that current Manchester United Manager, Louis Van Gaal’s exit is imminent after producing the worst performance of the decade.
