CORD leader Raila Odinga has rewarded 8 ODM MPs who interrupted Uhuru’s speech Sh 10 million each for a job well done. The eight MPs include Opiyo Wandayi, Millie Odhiambo, TJ Kajwang, Simba Arati, Gladys Wanga, John Mbadi and Fred Outa.
While rewarding the 8 MPs the liquid cash, Raila described them as true soldiers, people who should be emulated for standing for Kenyans and against the evils of Jubilee administration.
Besides taking home Sh 10 million, the honourables will be given direct nominations to defend their seats on ODM ticket. This is as a result of their unwavering support for the “father of Democracy” in Kenya
While Opiyo Wandayi will be smiling all the way to the bank, the Ugunja Member of Parliament will miss his one year salary. The MP will not receive a total of Sh 10 million for the time he will miss Parliament sessions, according to Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi.
The MP has several loans he is servicing, a mortgage and many other responsibilities. He will definitely go broke.
