Deputy President William Ruto has finally realized Isaack Ruto, the Bomet Governor, is a force to reckon with. The PD has now indicated he is ready to work with his fierce critic.
During the weekend, Ruto invested his time in meeting the former ally and requested him to join his party as they plan to humiliate Raila in the ballot again.
During the meeting, the DP urged Bomet leaders, who include Ruto, Joyce Laboso and others to iron out their differences and work together for the benefit of their people.
The governor, who seemed happy with Ruto’s utterances, promised to join Jubilee once again and fight from within. This was after realizing that Raila’s boat was sinking,and no one was interested in rescuing it.
Over the past 4 years, Isaack Ruto has been a thorn in the flesh of Jubilee administration, humiliating the DP more often, even in funerals. But he is not keen to lose his seat, especially after realizing the DP’s popularity is ever increasing in Rift Valley.
Venas News has established that the DP, alongside other senior URP members, will meet to discuss politics and unity.the meeting will be held in undisclosed location within Nairobi.
