There was drama in Bungoma on Friday evening when a middle aged man hanged loosely from a moving chopper as it took off, forcing the pilot to fly away with him for some distance before forcefully dropping him in the middle of a forest.
The chopper had just dropped Jacob Juma’s remains in Bungoma airstrip when the man crawled and hanged on the chopper without the pilot noticing. Politicians and the crowd that had gathered to receive Juma’s body signaled the pilot to slow down but their voices didn’t reach the target. The man was saved by God’s angels after he dropped from the chopper and landed on ground with a thud.
Photos show the man crying in agony as he called for help from anyone who cared to save his life. He was later rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
