The University of Nairobi student leader, Babu Owino ,has been arrested for hate speech.
Owino was arrested on Tuesday morning at his home in Kileleshwa and taken to Kilimani Police Station.
The controversial leader is currently recording a statement concerning what the police term, “hate speech”
This is the second time Owino is being arrested in two months. Last month, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his opponent Mike Jacobs.
