Uhuru critic, Makau mutual didn’t meet minimum qualifications for the position of Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya.

The judicial Service Commission reviewed the documents of 15 applicants and found 6 of them fit to hold the position of Chief Justice.

The selected candidates are:

  1. Justice Smokin Wanjala
  2. Justice Alnashir Visram
  3. Lady Justice Roselyne Nambuye
  4. Justice David Maraga
  5. Justice Mbogholi Msagha
  6. Philip Nzamba Kitonga.

Mutua had presented his 84-page fat CV which he believed could help him beat other candidates. Reality downed on him when he found his name missing in the list, he switched off the TV, which he was watching, and went to sleep.

The SUNY professor has no option but to go back to class.

From the list, Philip Kitonga and Mbogholi Msagha stand the best chance of succeeding Dr Willy Mutunga.
