Maxwell Otieno, who was expelled from the military, is the man who stabbed his girlfriend,a former Kenyatta University student and killed her.
Maxwell, took the knife you are seeing in the photo below and stabbed her in the stomach. He then tried to commit suicide but was stopped by police.
His face portrays a bitter man, somebody who is ready to kill. Look at him!
