Kenya Pwer, the sole distributer of electricity in Kenya, has explained what caused the countrywide blackout which was experienced Saturday morning.
According to the company, the blackout was caused by technical hitch, which sent the country into total darkness. The company,however,explained that they are conducting more investigation.
This is the second time in three months when the country is experiencing a countrywide blackout. Three months ago, the company explained that a monkey interfered caused the blackout, which was not convincing enough.
