There was shock, confusion and tears in Mombasa as CORD leader Raila Odinga was about to make a speech in Mombasa.
Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho had declared that Raila will be the flag bearer of ODM for 2017 elections but as the ODM leader was about to start his speech, power went off. The former Prime Minister didn’t make his speech-he is stranded up to now.
