They say success makes noise like a cry baby but when you are poor, life pushes you to your standards. This is why the following estates in Nairobi are only for the poor.
Before we proceed, I’d define poverty in regards to living in Nairobi. This is a situation where you can’t afford a Sh 10 million car, when you can’t pay Ksh 100,000 monthly rent, when your income can’t allow you to live in Runda.Poverty in Nairobi is when the closest you can get to Hilton Hotel is when you are stranded at Kencom, the closest you can get to Villa Rosa Kempinsky is when you are in a Matatu to Kangemi, where you live.
