Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, has stepped on a live wire by inciting Kenyans at Kisumu on Friday.Raila, who was accompanied by ODM Deputy Party Leader Hassan Joho told Kenyans to carry weapons and smoke Isaack Hassan out of office
“Nataka wakenya wote kutoka Mandera, Isiolo, Samburu, Kajiado na pande zote za Kenya, wajihami na mikuki, mishale, na silaha zote tuende huko Nairobi na tutoe hiyo committee ya Hassan kwenye ofisi,”said Raila
The comment has attracted criticism from several Kenyans, who are of the opinion that Raila was on a mission to cause violence. As a result, there is an hashtag on Twitter calling for the arrest of Raila Odinga.
Dennis Itumbi and other Jubilee bloggers have warned Raila that he might be arrested for his careless statement. In his opinion, Dennis reacted on his Facebook Page:
“Arrest Hon.Raila Odinga or get him to CID – He should and must tell the Country what he means and why he is threatening Violence.
We condemned other politicians for saying exactly these stuff. He cannot get away with this….
