HIS EXCELLENCY,
WILLIAM KIPCHIRCHIR SAMOEI RUTOH
DEPUTY PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA
P.O.BOX 74434-00200
NAIROBI.
Dear,
HON. DEPUTY PRESIDENT
REF: FINANCIAL CRISIS AND ASSISTANCE SOUGHT
I John Kipkorir Marindany, live in Murkan, Trans Mara East Sub-County in Narok County. I am writing to humbly request your able office to assist me to settle the above mentioned issues.
In 2009 I took a loan (personal loan) from Barclays and bought assets in the tune of Kshs.2.4M which were later reduced to ashes due to tribal clashes which were the aftermath of 2007 electioneering the war was between the Kipsigis and Maasai living in Trans Mara region of Narok county. I was reduced to a poor man when all my property was destroyed.
I have tried all I could to come to terms with the situation but due to your busy schedule with the ICC and other National and International issues which took most of your time I have not been able to visit you in your office despite several attempts. It is therefore my humble submission that you look into the said problem and restore back my dignity through your humble hands.
I have worked hard to try to maintain my children in school but due to much pressure I sold much of my land; though parts of it was used for collateral purposes. I am therefore almost landless. The money owed me by the bank has accrued interest and it’s therefore in the tune of 5million presently.
I thank you in advance and I hope that you will urgently rescue me from this mess while I remain steadfast in supporting you up to the bitter end as we pray God to keep you safe and healthy.
Thanks
Yours faithfully
