Joy Doreen Bira is an employee of KTN-she is a Ugandan by the way. On Sunday November 27, 2016 she was arrested in Uganda after she allegedly posted pictures of a massacre in Kasese, Uganda.
Bira had taken several photos of the massacre and shared them with her friends and the media she works for. When the Ugandan government got wind, security officers were sent to pick her from her home, alongside the king of Rwenzururu in western Uganda. She was detained at undisclosed location.
Up to now, 55 people have been confirmed dead in the massacre, but Bira is alive. Even though, she is being interrogated by Uganda police.
Bira’s arrest comes a day after she did a colourful wedding with her Uganda boyfriend. She was yet to go for honeymoon.
