Currently at Salgaa, exactly four kilometres from Sachangwani where a tragedy happened in 2009, residents are scooping spilling oil from a tank which overturned few minutes ago.
Residents are seen with jericans and buckets as they rush to the accident scene. Some of them are carrying the crude oil on their back, others are scrambling for a share while the rest are watching from a distance.
In 2009 over 111 people died at the same spot while scooping spilled oil.The residents mourned but it seems they have forgotten.
