CORD leader Raila Odinga is among few leaders in Kenya with the cheapest phones in Kenya.
Raila, who is a billionaire, uses an old Nokia phone which costs approximately Ksh3, 500.
Though he doesn’t carry the cheap gadget around, he is sometimes spotted calling his political friends and family members.
The son of Jaramogi prefer to walk without a phone due to security reasons. Sometimes he uses his friends’ mobile phones when need be. In most cases, being the opposition leader, his calls are tapped, which is why he is afraid to call people anyhow.
You wonder why even after Apple, Samsung, Infinix, Tecno,HTC and Sony have tried to come up with expensive brands,Raila is not interested in one?!!
