The money was single handedly sourced from Julie’s investments, which include Fashion Company, real estate property and account savings.
Immediately she launched MCHEZA,Julie embarked on aggressive advertisement, which covered Television, bill boards, radio and newspapers.Eventually,the company started posting profits and as we speak, Julie makes upwards of Ksh 1 million per day in profits.
According to Alexa ranking, Julie’s website mcheza.co.ke is ranked slightly above 100, 000, meaning that in a single day, 10,000 people place bets through the betting site. Out of this number,30 % win their bets while the rest lose. Assuming 7,000 lose their money, it means the company makes close to Ksh 1 million per single day.
Julie Gichuru is married to Anthony Gichuru,son to former KPLC tycoon.
