The jubilee party has marked its strongholds and battle zones in different counties. Their election plan classifies 13 counties where the two coalitions share popularity. These might decide their fate in the August general elections. The 13 counties have 4.75 million registered voters. Of the 13 jubilee has chosen not to focus on three that appear to be more inclined towards the opposition. These include Narok, Kisii and Nyamira.
